Trung’s Humble Beginnings
Trung came to the United States from Vietnam at the age of nine. During the 1990s, he was raised by his aunt and uncle in Lake County, Florida. In July 1999, two months after graduating from High School, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and reported to Parris Island, South Carolina. He proudly served our great nation for more than seven and a half years.
During his time in the Marine Corps, Trung was deeply instilled with core leadership traits: integrity, honor, courage, and commitment. These principles have guided his life ever since. As a Realtor and now as Broker/Owner of iLotus Realty, Trung brings these same values to every client relationship, striving each day to better himself and to better serve his clients in all their real estate needs.
Trung’s Philosophy in Real Estate
Integrity: Integrity is the most important moral principle one can have. In today’s real estate market, it can be easy for agents to lose sight of integrity—but not Trung. He believes that once integrity is compromised, the relationship between him and his client is at risk.
From the very first meeting, Trung is honest and straightforward with his clients. He would rather walk away from a bad transaction than lose a good client.
Commitment: Commitment to his clients means building lifelong relationships. In today’s fast-moving market, many agents end their relationship with a client at the closing table. Trung believes that closing is just the beginning.
He remains a resource and advocate for his clients long after they have bought or sold their homes. This ongoing commitment is both personally important to him and vital to his long-term success.

Trung’s Experience
Trung began his real estate career as a Sales Associate in 2006. In 2008, he advanced to become a Broker Associate, focusing on REO properties for national banks and lenders. In that role, he helped distressed homeowners through cash-for-keys programs, easing their transition during difficult times.
From 2011 to 2021, Trung expanded into commercial real estate and development, working with two local developers on greenfield projects for a national retail tenant. These multi-million-dollar developments involved site selection, permitting coordination, and a wide range of tasks needed to bring projects to successful completion.
From 2021 to 2023, he further broadened his expertise by working in Corporate Real Estate for Clean Streak Venture and Mister Car Wash.
From 2024 to 2026, Trung advanced his career again by joining a local developer focused on hyperscale data center projects nationwide—multi-billion-dollar developments that require sophisticated site selection, entitlement, and coordination efforts.
Despite a busy life balancing family and work, Trung also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative General Studies with a focus in Engineering and Science at University of Central Florida.
