Trung Huynh is the Broker/Owner of iLotus Realty, with two decades of experience spanning residential & commercial brokerage, retail development, corporate real estate, and large-scale data center. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than seven of service, Trung built his career on the values instilled by the Corps—integrity, honor, courage, and commitment—and brings that same discipline to every client relationship.

Trung began his real estate career as a Sales Associate in 2006 and advanced to Broker Associate in 2008, specializing in REO properties for lenders and guiding distressed homeowners through cash-for-keys programs. From 2011 to 2021, he expanded into commercial real estate and development, working with two local developers on greenfield projects for national retail tenants—managing site selection, permitting coordination, and the full scope of work required to bring projects to completion. From 2021 to 2023, he served in corporate real estate roles with Clean Streak Ventures and Mister Car Wash, and from 2024 to 2026 he worked with a local developer on hyperscale data center projects nationwide, supporting sophisticated site selection, entitlement, and development coordination efforts. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative General Studies, with a focus in Engineering and Science, from the University of Central Florida.

Trung’s approach is direct: honest counsel from the first meeting, and a willingness to walk away from any transaction that isn’t in a client’s best interest. He views closing not as the end of the relationship but as the beginning of one, remaining a resource and advocate for his clients long after the deal is done.
