By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from iLotus Realty, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage, regarding property promotions and alerts (including short-sale, bank-owned, auction, and probate listings), showing and appointment reminders, transaction and closing updates, document signature reminders, and replies to your inquiries.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. How to Opt In<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can opt in by texting the keyword <strong>DEAL<\/strong> to <strong>(407) 584-3596<\/strong>, by submitting your mobile number through a form on ilotusrealty.com, or by providing express written consent in person or on a property inquiry form.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Message Frequency<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Message frequency varies based on your activity, typically between 2 and 6 messages per month.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cost<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Message and data rates may apply<\/strong>, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. iLotus Realty does not charge a fee for SMS messages.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Help<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For help or more information, reply <strong>HELP<\/strong> to any message, email Info@iLotusRealty.com, or call (407) 584-3596.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Opt-Out<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying <strong>STOP<\/strong> to any message. After you send <strong>STOP<\/strong>, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Carrier Liability<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Privacy<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
