Did you just get your Real Estate License and don’t have a home for it? Unlike most of the big real estate companies, iLotus Realty Broker\/Team Leader’s primary job is to look out for the junior agents!<\/p>\n

    \nResponsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Assist Buyer and Seller with all their needs and requirements.<\/li>\n
    • Find properties via online and other platforms.<\/li>\n
    • List properties for local and national Sellers.<\/li>\n
    • Research information via GIS, local and state jurisdiction’s website (Broker\/Team Leader will train).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n


      \nQualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Must have an active FL Real Estate license.<\/li>\n
      • Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n
      • Must love real estate and attend all real estate related networking\/events (Broker\/Team Leader will provide).<\/li>\n
      • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
