Did you just get your Real Estate License and don’t have a home for it? Come, hang your license with us and make your first real estate home at iLotus Realty!  At iLotus Realty, we pride ourselves in training our junior agents and provide the support they need to be successful in the real estate industry. Unlike most of the big real estate companies, iLotus Realty Broker/Team Leader’s primary job is to look out for the junior agents!

Calling All Seasoned Agents!

How long have you been in the real estate industry?  Are you happy with your current company/broker?  If it takes you more than five seconds to answer this question, then you need to come to us at iLotus Realty!

2. Does your broker answer your call/email within hours and not days?
3. Are you working with a team?
4. Are you excited to be in the real estate business?

6. Does your company/broker provide leads to you?
7. Are you making enough to not have a second job?
8. Are you making enough from your real estate job to support and protect your family?

If you answer no to four or more questions, then you need to come home to us at iLotus Realty.  At iLotus Realty, our Broker/Team Leader’s primary job is to make sure you get all yeses to the answer above every day!  If we don’t, then we are not doing our job and you should look for a better home where you get the support and training you need to be successful in the real estate industry!

Responsibilities:

• Assist Buyer and Seller with all their needs and requirements.
• Find properties via online and other methods.
• List properties for local and national Sellers.
• Research information via GIS, local and state jurisdiction’s website (Broker/Team Leader will train).

Qualifications:

• Must have an active FL Real Estate license.
• Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Must love real estate and attend all real estate related networking/events (Broker/Team Leader will provide).
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
